Dana Pearce

Dana has been working as a real estate agent since 2010 – starting as a sales representative, worked to get her broker’s license and now is the Broker of Record at her office.  Every year there seems to be changes and hurdles for buyers and sellers, with the highs and lows of the market, it is important to have someone working with you along the way.

Being a Brockvillian from the get-go, she has many contacts in the community that can assist in the process – from contractors to home stagers, home inspectors to lawyers, financial advisors to knowing who to talk to about what school your child should attend or what activity they should get involved in!  It doesn’t stop at the home purchasing, building relationships in a small community is very important to the feeling of knowing you chose the right place to call home.
