Agent Bio:

Like many boaters, my wife and I were drawn to the beauty of the extraordinary 1000 Islands in the late 80’s, and vowed to return in our retirement years. Now full time residents since 2008, we fondly refer to the Brockville/Gananoque region as the “Retirement and Recreation Capital of Eastern Ontario”.

When I am not working, you’ll see me pedaling my bicycle along the famous 1000 Island Parkway Trail, just off of which I reside, near Rockport.

Both sides of the border offer fabulous road trips to communities steeped in history, and charm. Numerous museums, fine dining, live theatre, affordable accommodation and great shopping
abound.

We have all faced the many and varied challenges of our economy, especially over the last year, and for those who choose to buy or sell real estate in today’s market, there can be added concerns as we try to navigate the best course of action for our lifestyles.

As a former principal of an Ottawa based architectural consulting firm and as a strategist by nature, I advocate for the benefits of a proactive approach. I offer insight into the complexities of relevant Planning, Building Code and By-law considerations, and the significance of understanding what may or may not be permitted by the applicable authorities.

My goal is to constantly improve my knowledge of the physical, financial, legal and regulatory considerations of the real estate trade, so that I can be your source of reliable information and
SOUND ADVICE, enhancing your buying or selling experience and optimizing your purchase or sale.

I welcome the opportunity to showcase an area perfectly located for those who would prefer to give up the big city, traffic jams and congestion in favor of a more relaxed lifestyle. It’s like living full time in a holiday destination atmosphere.
