Nicole Moss

Born and raised in Brockville, I have spent the last decade refining my natural talent for renovating and rejuventing homes.  At 23, my husband and I bought our first home and flipped it within 5 years.  We then upgraded to a century home in Athens, big enough for our growing family.  This property includes a rental unit, making us both homeowners and landlords.  We have spent the past ten years restoring, upgrading and modernizing our home while raising our two beautiful children.

My experience with renovating and staging homes, along with my ability to see both possibilites and pitfalls of potential investments has made me a trusted resouce to friends and family looking to buy or sell their homes.

After a few years of supporting those close to me in their investments, I decided to focus on turning my passion for real estate into a career.  As a Licenced Real Estate Agent, I plan on supporting my clients each step of the way, advising them honestly on both pros and cons of each situation and being available, night and day, to answer their questions.
